Route to Casa de cinco Hermanos

Don’t forget to drive at the right side of the road! 

From Alicante Airport:

• As you leave Alicante airport, take the centre lane signed with blue motorway signs to Valencia / Murcia;

• Immediately on leaving the airport, cross to the right hand lane. (The left hand lane brings you back into the airport);

• This road becomes a slip road for the CV344 which joins on the left after a couple of hundred yards;

• Head in the direction for Madrid. This road is two-way here so take care. Ignore the first exit to Alicante and the second signed Torrellano;

• Continue on this motorway (A7/E15) until you see the sign for exit 71a and 71b (Madrid and Mercalicante) and come off at 71b;

• Immediately you join the motorway (A31) on your left, move across into one of the two left lanes in the direction Madrid. Continue for Madrid until you reach the exit for Loma Bada (approx 32km). Take a first left and then follow the directions through all the roundabouts for El Pinos (or Pinoso) and Jumilla;

• Approx 4kms after you have passed the junction for Culebron, you will come to a large roundabout on the outskirts of Pinoso (El Pinos), take the exit for Yecla, and at the next roundabout, take the exit for Jumilla;

• Some miles up the road you enter provincia Murcia then the road-number changes into RM 427 (This used to be C-3213 which you will find on most roadmaps). The kilometre signs also change at this point;

• After the 11 kilometre sign take the road on your right hand side to “Los Tomasones”. The coordinates of this exit are:
  38° 23' 37.88" N  /  01° 07' 57.74" W;

• You are now on a dirt road (Camino) and when you
  have passed little wooden houses on your right hand side take the left turn just before you start passing stone houses;

• Within a few yards the road splits again, ignore the left road and take the right one;

• When you see the electricity pole with the transformer on top on your right hand side, the road and sign to Casa de cinco Hermanos will be on your left.

From Valencia Airport:

• From the airport follow the A-3 (E-901) to Madrid. After this follow the A7 (E-15) heading for Alicante (Alacant);

• Then turn right on the A-35 (N-430) until the exit “la Font de la Figuera”;

• From the exit “la Font de la Figuera” follow the N-344 through Caudete to Yecla;

• When you are driving the bypass around Yecla turn left on the C-3223 heading for Pinoso (El Pinos);

• At the roundabout near Pinoso turn right (first exit) to Jumilla on the CV-83;
